DLAM maintains a comprehensive diagnostic laboratory in B-13 Berryhill Hall. Here a majority of necessary diagnostic testing can be performed by DLAM’s laboratory staff. Other needed testing is usually performed by reference labs. DLAM will perform diagnostic testing needed as part of an investigator’s research for a negotiated fee.

We provide the following services for most of the animal species. However, some limitations apply. For more information, please contact Yumiko Hayes at 966-2904 or e-mail yhayes@med.unc.edu.
